Five Star Rating For Food Hygiene
The Shalimar Indian Restaurant was the first Indian restaurant in Derby to be presented with a five star rating for food hygiene by Derby City Council’s Food Hygiene Star Rating Scheme and is still in a minority of restaurants that has such an accolade.
